Using traditional European methods Robert Everingham creates custom made gates, balustrades, railings and furniture. Robert produces only superior quality pieces with a meticulous finish.
Robert's work can be seen all over Australia, from Townsville to the Mornington Peninsula, as well as abroad. Robert recently completed iron work for the new 5 star Sofitel Hotel in Fiji. His repertoire also includes the blacksmithing commission for the St John's Anglican Cathedral in Brisbane.
Robert is also a sculptor, creating pieces for private clients as well as urban art projects. Robert has recently completed sculpture for the Springfield Development, Brisbane.
Robert considers the design aspect of his work as important as the quality of the product he produces. He consults and liases with clients to ensure that the piece produced for them is original, aesthetic and functional.
Robert and his work have been dedicated a chapter in the international blacksmithing publication "Metall Design International 2009."
